SOHO MOMA: Shopping Momenteum

Wow, where do I begin? The MOMA store in Soho was like a mid century modern enthusiast’s dream. There was an palpable adoration of all the greats from George Nelson to Isamu Noguchi The store was so packed you could barely move around. Fundamentally, the modern museum store lived up to its name. Their selection of books was also beyond impressive. The bottom floor houses all the great furniture pieces that compose the foundations of mid century modern design including the Noguchi coffee table. A must destination!
