PreFab Prototype that launched a New Building Trend
Marmol Radziner Prefab offers custom, green modern homes built with prefabricated technologies. Since 1996, they have been incorporating prefab modules into large commercial projects. And in late 2004, they decided to apply these technologies to a residential project, and in 2005 they completed the Desert House, a sustainable prefab prototype.
This prototype has served this company well with over 9 completed homes on the web site. Two homes currently being built and 8 more in the planning stages. Prefab is not a trend that is going away.
Five years later, this house has still got “it”.
