Exterior New Modernica Factory

In case you missed our announcement earlier this week, Modernica is expanding, moving to a bigger location in the Warehouse District and preparing to manufacture more furniture than ever.  It’s quite an endeavor and we would like to invite you to follow us on this renovation project of a lifetime.

Below are some images of the beginnings of our construction including the inside of the 1920′s historical Spanish building that was once used for film and movie locations and will soon become our creative offices.
