Factory Renovations

Modernica’s grandest before and after project, the new factory, is still in full swing.  A cement frame was built around the entire building, gutters removed, rusty metal siding and windows replaced, recycled.  The old entrance to the factory had an awkward, claustrophobic office that was gutted to reveal the high ceilings and vast warehouse space.  A stairway leading to the second floor office was opened up and rails will be put in place.  Take a look at the progress via before and after photos.
