Case Study Gingerbread House 09 by Kristina Hahn Atelier

This delicious modern gingerbread house was built by architect and planner Kristina Hahn Atelier just for fun.  Even so, the thoughtful design is nice to look at and made with carefully chosen natural, edible ingredients.  Atelier has a pseudo estate listing of the sickly sweet dream home on her website Located on one of the most exclusive streets in Southern California, this recently completed modern home is a study in responsible development.

Gingerbread rooftops, tortilla chips sun sail, glass noodle awning, hard gingerbread floors, wafer roll columns, glass noodle hand rails, marshmallow beds, hard candy pillows and toblerone stairs are some of the fine details you’ll find at Atelier’s home.  I think the chewing gum pool is my favorite part.
