Perhaps the most difficult part of apartment living is the lack of space. Even some spacious apartments lack an abundance of storage space while studios pose the biggest challenge. Normal Projects in New York City has found a solution to this problem – the folding apartment!

By creating a fold-out bedroom, tables, and storage space, the studio apartment has a lot more room for Case Study Furniture!

Sounds like a good idea, but ….
    Who really lives that way?
Something by, and for, obsessive/compulsive architects.
If my desk and bed ever looked like that, I’d begin to question if I ever had a life.
    Nice furniture, by the way!

That bright blue is a curious choice… It’s so stark and rather at odds with the vintage furnishings in my opinion. If the walls were a more neutral, or, heck, even a pale turquoise, I’d probably be much more in love with this concept. Still, it’s very clever… And GREAT for tiny apartments in big cities…
