Spanish building

As you may already know, Modernica is expanding and moving to a new factory in the near future.  Next to the massive warehouse is the historical Spanish building where our creative offices will be.  Both buildings are major projects and the guys have been hard at work just clearing the space so the remodeling can begin.  We wanted to share some of the before and “between” photos in our renovation process.
