Throughout Alexander Girard’s long career he designed textiles, wallpapers, decorative prints and wall hangings, an expansive group of furniture, and both decorative and useful objects. His life-long passion for international folk art led him around the globe, amassing a collection of roughly 106,000 pieces. Girard’s unique vision is an exciting and vibrant exhibit not to miss. On display now at the Herman Miller’s Chicago Showroom.
